We have an application file (.exe) that is 136 MB.  When downloaded by a user and opened for installation, Symantec Endpoint protection warns against using the file.  The file is signed by a digital certificate issued by DigiCert.  We tried to report the false positive via https://symsubmit.symantec.com/ using the file's direct download URL but the submission was rejected because because the file is over 50 MB.  Tried phoning a support number found on the website and was told I would have to open a case.  Opening a case requires a site ID which is not available to me as an application developer and not part of the enterprise security team.  How do I report a false positive for a large file?

You must use 7zip to split the file. Then submit each of those and open a support case and request the submissions be merged.
