  • 1.  Cannot access support case management

    When I try to access the Case Management link from https://support.broadcom.com/security, I get redirected to https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/login-sso where I just get an endlessly spinning wheel.

    Had same issue a couple of hours earlier, now it's working fine.
