    Is there a SEP11 For Dummies or some such book out there that is any good?

    The documentation folder have all the guides that will help you learn the Product

    If you don't have access to Documentation folder you can download it from here

    Your best bet is the guides referenced above as well as the SEP KB (see the link in my signature) as well as this forum

    On Forums ie here there are related videos posted by Our Engineers you can always refer to them .

    For example one component in Sep manger is Unamanaged detector ,you can find related videos here

    Also once you are logged in go to Forum tab at the top and seletec Videos option

    There are many articles, best practices, KBs and posts here in Symantec Connect that could respond to your questions. Unfortunately, there is no way that a single book could troubleshoot all issues you might encounter while using SEP. Feel free to ask us whatever you need to know and we will do our best to help you :-)
