Hi Guys,

We are having problem in SEPM after upgrading 11 to 12.1 We are getting problem in script.

We applied one windows script before the upgradation of sep 12.1, when we are using sep 11 to automatically connect that all systems connect to network share drive.

After upgrading sep 12.1 its not connecting to automatically network/share drive.

What components of SEP 12.1 do you have installed?

Have you tried disabling Network Threat Protection?

Please find the registry editing details for debugging the logs.

1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type: regedit
4. Click OK
5. Open or browse down to the following location in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
6. Right click in the right hand pane
7. Select New > DWORD value
8. Set the DWORD name to UserEnvDebugLevel
9. Double-click the UserEnvDebugLevel value, set the data to: 0×00030002
This causes Windows to create the following file:
%SYSTEMROOT%\Debug\UserMode\userenv.log
(typically C:\WINDOWS\Debug\UserMode\userenv.log)

Follow thi steps to modify installed features for clients

1.    Open Add or Remove Programs.
2.    Select Symantec Endpoint Protection, and then click Change.
3.    Click Next.
4.    Select Modify, and click Next.
5.     Expand Network Threat Protection.
6.    Use the drop down menus next to the Firewall component and select "Entire feature will be unavailable."
6.    Click Next.
7.    Click Install to modify the installation.
8.    After the installation completes, a restart is required once you have removed firewall component.
