I want to create ID site for downlaod the product symantec endpoint protection. please help me. i'm new here.

Hi there,

the Site ID is the former Support ID and is printed on your purchase(certificate) and is set by Broadcom/Symantec. It is nothing you can create yourself, check your confirmation E-Mail you received.

Thank you for your reply ! With the old support ID I cannot access the site ID to download. Support ID that I have is for Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1. What should I do

Another option is to open your License File (*.slf) using Notepad and try to use the Serial Number

download .slf file from the support portal from where you download the Symantec software .slf is also available over there
