Right click options

I've created some user defined right click actions, Ping, Computer management, RDP etc

I can see them when logged in as admin yet when logged inas a more restricted user i can see only one of them?

checking the permissions i cannot see any difference in the permsssions .

Has anybody seen this or know the solution

What role is the restricted user using -- a default role, or a custom role?
