altiris 6.9 sp4 imaging fails around 20-25%

Here is the rdeploy error message I am getting.

Error description:
The operating system reported a fatal exception.
(Note: ExceptionCode: c0000005 ExceptionAddress: 0049e4f8 Current volume is NTFS from source slot 1.)

Possible causes:
There was an internal program error.

Possible resolutions:
Try the operation again. If you are unable to resolve this problem, please report it to Altiris, Inc.

I have did a fresh install, cloned another working image server and tried on this subnet and all give me same error.  I even upgraded to sp5 mr2 and still received same rdeploy error message. Any suggestions?

We need more information.  How are you capturing the image?  What is the O/S of the image you are trying to deploy?  What is the system that is being imaged being booted from?  PXE, boot cd, WinPE embedded image?  What type of hardware is the system being imaged?  Are the source system and the destination system the same?  Are you trying to do HII?  There are a lot of details that are missing and it is hard to provide help without more information.

Not trying to be mean, just need more info to try and help

I sysprep the image machine and it shuts down then Altiris captures image using winpe 2.1.  I send the image via multicast using winpe 2.1 and I use rdeploy by default.  The image being sent is windows 7 32 bit.  The hardware is an HP All in one AMD based system. The source and destination image are the same hardware.
