What license should you buy to have these 2 components full onpremise?

this according to the licensing changes, there are sep, ses and sesc.

I know that sesc includes edr, but does this mean that I can use cloud EDR as well as onpremise?

Hi Mario - Symantec Endpoint Security Complete (SESC) has the entitlement for EDR.

With SESC, you have the option to use SEP/EDR on-prem as well as the ability to deliver Endpoint Security/EDR from cloud.

Recommend you review the SESC data sheet. Near the bottom is a matrix of the offerings and you can see what is included in each: https://docs.broadcom.com/doc/endpoint-security-en
