I am trying to create a AI package for Encarta 2006 on XP pro SP2 PC's of all kind now, but keep getting the 'File Access Error'. At Education Queensland we use a combination of SOE or MOE build machines, and first thought that user restriction may be the problem. Have now tried it on standard XP Pro machines as well as Vista Business and still get the same result during the 'Build' process.
I have not yet found a solution anywhere, and I know that I am not the only person having this problem with Ghost. We are using Ghost Console v11.
I appreciate any help regarding this issues.
