Hi, I have just installed the trial version of WDE on my laptop with a view of proving the setup for disk encryption with a token for access.

The token in this case is a SafeNet iKey 2032, the O/S is Windows 7 64Bit and I have the SafeNet Authentication Client installed.

The SAC software can see the token and add certificates etc, but WDE cannot see the key at all.

    What am I missing here?

    Any help much appreciated.

Hi Mark-E. The ATR's of these smart card devices seem to change all the time. We currenlty support the SafeNet iKey 2032 models but it may have a newer ATR code that we don't support yet. This would require an etrack request submitted to engineering to make that ATR code available to PGP Desktop.

Can you please message me on the forum here and let me know what your ATR code is for the device?

By the way, have you also verified that you are using the latest version of the Safenet Authentication client installed?
