One of our users has made a report that he put on his dashboard. It is a chart with a graphical presentation of all open tickets per type (request, how to, break-fix,...) On the chart you can click on the representation of a type to see what tickets are behind the it.
For all types it is perfectly possible to click to see the tickets, but for types where there is a dash (-) in it, nothing happens. so break-fixes, change-moves, authorize-approves are not clickable.
Is there anything we can so we can click on these types to look at the tickets that are behind the chart?
