How to calculate SLA for tickets with in PBH

    Hi Community,
    We have requirement where in We have to create a report for Resolution Time with in PBH(Primary business hours) for all my Incidents. So, We have tried to create a query using PdmSeconds unctions but I am getting '0' value for each Incident. Please suggest if any one tried this scenario.
