    Hi All,
    I have recently installed ca Servicedesk Manager 17.2 in win2k12r2 server. Application is having MSSQL database on othe DB server  and only one primary server.
    We are observing that every 20 minutes, application stops responding (unable to edit tickets, unable to edit any possible things in sdm, spectrum tickets are not getting generated).
    This issue occurs every 20 minutes  and lasts for 5 minute and automatically application starts working fine for next 20 minutes.
    Also we have observed that when the issue occurs, CPU utilisation of the application server goes below 5%....and when it resumes working fine it goes above 40-50 upto 80-90%.

    Requesting experts to assist in this situation.
    Why application is showing such behaviour?
    Are there any sort of setting to prevent application access for 5 mintes aftr every 20 minutes?
    What could be the possibility of this behaviour?
