Information Centric Tagging (ICT) Client no classification with Multiple users

ICT client only one user got the classification after enable the ICT license and assigned the user to the role (Department), the SSL Certificate installed computer/machine not user under trusted root certificate authorities. Any additional users on the same machine will not get the classification. 

ICT client host name has mapped to the first users access client and license and this host name cannot release from that user even after purging the license.

We need multiple users, or any user access the machine should get the classification.

Hi Imam 

Since the user has license , it will work even if the users logged in from the same machine . maybe you just need to adjust the update time between the client and the server #

Hi Fady,

I am also facing issue ICT client is not getting classification tabs where as all the communication is working properly even the license have been assigned to the user.

Any idea ?
