Directory Sync Tool - unable to get data from it

    Hello.

    I have downloaded DirectorySync from DLP cloud console and unzipped it in a folder.
    Also I have followed instructions on how to edit directory_sync.properties and JAVA_HOME system environment variable but in the end I get no results.

    The errors are from adextract.log

    2020-06-12T16:39:25.973 ERROR ADEXTRACT [main] com.symantec.hydra.dirextract.client.service.impl.DirectoryConnectionClientViaHttp {"serviceId":"xxxxxxxxxxxx","serviceName":"hydra_dirextract","transactionId":"xxxxxxxxxx"} Failed to get connection UUID from Hydra Directory Import Service Url [https://console.dlpcloud.symantec.com/v1/dirimport/connection] because of HTTP Status Code : [500]

    No matter what I do, this is the response from server.
    Is there anything wrong with the link ? Am I doing something wrong ?
