FlexResponse plug-in on Endpoint prevent server

Hi,

Does anyone use FlexResponse plug-in on Endpoint prevent server?
Will it takes up many of your computer resource once implemented?
Are you able to block EDM (exact data match) content from end user computer and does it works when the computer is off corporate network?

Flex Response will not take up resources as long as the policy that uses it is not triggering on a ton of events. 
Flex Response is great to use for on the fly encryption or other actions. Does require some work to develop.
You cannot block on EDM on the endpoint, though if you use the Newer EDMI, it allows you to block on the endpoint. Not the same as EDM, but close.
