In my organization, we have implemented a DLP policy to check if an employee sends any external email without marking his/her manager.
Basically, we specified the recipients for DLP which should be part of any email. But there is a loop hole when the manager sends an external and marks himself in the email, In such case DLP wouldn't trigger alerts.
Any solution where an employee marks himself in email (i.e sender and recipient are same) should trigger an alert.
