DLP Policy Configuration for checking Recipient and Sender

Hi Guys!

In my organization, we have implemented a DLP policy to check if an employee sends any external email without marking his/her manager.
Basically, we specified the recipients for DLP  which should be part of any email. But there is a loop hole when the manager sends an external and marks himself in the email, In such case DLP wouldn't trigger alerts. 

Any solution where an employee marks himself in email (i.e sender and recipient are same) should trigger an alert.

i don't think that's possible with out-of-box functionality.  You'll probably need to write some custom scripts if it's possible at all.  Exact Data Matching comes to mind but that is the opposite of what you want. It'll ignore the email if the sender matches the recipient.
