Chrome events is reporting UNKNOWN - DLP 15.5

Hello All,

In the incident details for endpoint the recipient for chrome events is "Unknown"

We are currently using DLP 15.5 version and we are facing this issue.

Is anyone facing the same issue ?

What version of Chrome? When you launch Chrome, is the broker process(brkrprcs64.exe) also launched?

We are using

Chrome version :  Version 79.0.3945.130

looks like Chrome version is ahead of endpoint ability, we are planning to upgrade to MP2 to fix the issue.

Hello,

We have upgraded the DLP to MP2 since the MP1 version was incompatible with Chrome version.

Now we see new issues like "Browser plugins for endpoint are not present for IE/Edge and in Chrome fail to monitor HTTPS"

Any one come across similar issue for endpoints.
