  • 1.  New phone, new Touchdown HD, and now e-mail will be marked as read but I can't read it...

    I just got a Troid Turbo 2 and it seems to run a newer Touchdown HD client than my Moto X. The new client had a little preview window that I closed once, and now when I go to open my e-mails it just marks them as read and there's nothing I can do. I tried swiping up from the bottom but instead that just hits my home, back or task buttons. I can switch it to classic view but I have to do that EVERY TIME.

    So, how do I get it to stay in classic view, or how do I open up the preview again?

    Hi,

    If you hit menu>reset panes, does that help? Otherwise hit the three dots>Settings>advanced>legacy>Advanced>Disable tablet mode, then save.

    When I do reset panes I get the preview back, but it's kind of an annoying process and clicking on an e-mail when the panel is hidden should either bring up the panel or at least not mark the e-mail as read. I ended up disabling tablet mode and it got rid of the preview pane completely, thank you.
