When is the second week of the month?

Hi all:

When creating an inventory policy, we can schedule it to run on, for example, the Monday of the second week of the month.

But, which is th second week of the month? Is it the second week in which there are days from the month? Or is it in the second full week of the month?

For example, if a month begins on a Saturday, when will the second week begin: on the very first Monday after the beggining of the month (in this sample, it will be on the 3rd day of the month) or will it begin on the Monday of the second full week (in this sample, it will be the 10th of the month)

Interesting question, I always assumed that, if I selected Week 2 and Monday, that it would run on the second Monday in the calendar month.
