  • 1.  PcAnywhere errors in Suite 8.0

    Hello,

    We just upgraded our suite to 8.0 from 7.6 HF5. But now I cant configure anymore PcAnywhere. In the page: Settings -> All agents/Plugins -> Remote Management -> Remote Control -> Windows -> PcAnywhere Settings i cant configure nothing and i receive this error (you can see in attachements).

    Any advice?

    I actually do not see a pcanywhere unnstall policy anywhere.

     

    This is on a 7.6 to 8.0 lab that I have

    I think the release notes for ITMS 8.0 explain that existing pcAnywhere policies will still work but the console integration doesn't. So this is expected behaviour.
