SMG 10.6.6 BATV Tags from SMG to SESS

Hi All,
Im forwarding my outbound emails from SMG to SESS (Symantec Email Security Services / Symantec Email Security.Cloud) to populate the "Address Registration List".
However due to the BATV feature activated on the SMG, all the emails SESS received from SMG has a tag of pvcs=*@domain.com in front. Due to this BATV tag, it is unable to populate the "Address Registration List". Any ideas what should i do on the SMG to whitelist the destination SESS so it will use the actual sender name without prvs tag in front?

Rectified by disabling bounce attack validation in Administration > Users > Policy Group > Default > Untick Bounce attack validation.
