    Hi, I've trying for 3 days to install "software update plug-in" to deploy patches for one Suse server ent 10 server but no luck. The task is always showing this error: Update Agent Discovery Failed: program has failed with return code = 4 After google-ing the problem I found out that it's related to Novell Suse NCC (Novell Customer Center) activation. I checked this log file (suse10:/opt/altiris/notification/nsagent/var/swd/{6833A84C-FEE9-437F-8216-AA76E0BB5D08}/swd-install.0.output.log) and here's the output: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Loading configuration file Detected OS: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Rug v7.1.1.0 installed. Checking active services configuration... System not registered with NCC, trying to register... Checking active services configuration... System not registered with NCC ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I've already registered my suse server using a valid "trial" code and I received this msg: Thank you for activating your product. You are now entitled to receive the benefits of your subscription, which include access to patches and updates for this product. So how do I fix it, I need some help please ?

    I tried it on a production server at the customer site and it worked. Don't why the evaluation key was not working for my lab ?!
