Ok, so this is what I did. First, I removed the user, which removed the computer. Then I re-added the user. However, when we tried to enroll the device for that user, it said it was already enrolled. I could not find it anywhere on the Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud webiste. So, I then created a Installation package for this user and had them install that. So, now, as for you suggestion, to check "Settings > Accounts > Work Access page or Settings > Accounts > Access work or school page...where exactly to I find this at. When I look at your webpage, I don't see "Accounts" under settings. As for the local product, I don't see anything like "Settings"
