Chrome, Edge browser crash after install DLP

Hi guy,

I have many PC which crashed Chrome or Edge after install DLP 15.0.0100.1063

I tried to removed Chrome, Edge monitoring channel of Agent Configtion but it still not working.

Do you have any idea for solve this issue, also ensure that keep monitoring Chrome  and Edge browser?

Please tell me...

Below is my current enviroment

DLP Agent: 15.0.0100.1063

Chrome: 93.0.4577.63

Edge:  92.0.902.84

Hi,

I'd suggest you to upgrade your DLP Agents. Given version of Chrome and Edge are not supported in DLP 15.0.

Just upgrade your environment to the latest DLP version 15.8 considering you meet all of the prereqs. moreover, you cannot upgrade your DLP directly from 15.0 to 15.8. You must be at minimum 15.1 to directly upgrade to 15.8

Finally  i realized exactly reason is SEP has blocked Chrome.
