https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=151106currently symantec only offers two types of reporter, hardware based or virtual.
We no longer provide an executable/rpm for you to install in windows or linux,

Yes, that definitely helps. Is it the same legacy Reporter product that runs on Windows Server?
We are currently running version 9.5.2.1 on a 2012 R2 Windows Server. We pay for licensing and maintenance for the Reporter product and it's listed under our entitlement, but I do not see any reference do it in our downloads area.

Hi Aaron
no, you still need reporter if you want to analyse the access logs, MC does give you some canned reports but it picks up the data from reporter ie no reporter no reports in MC

Thanks Paul, I wasn't aware of the Management Center product so we will look into moving to it. Does the new Management Center replace the legacy BlueCoat Reporter as well?

Hi Aaron,
Management Center was created several years ago to replace Director,

NOTE Director is EOL

Are there any plans to update the old BlueCoat Director or introduce a new product for centralized management? It is very helpful when making a change to Virtual Policy Manager to only have to do it once instead on an overlay rather than multiple times for each SG you have to manage.
Thanks,
Aaron
