I ever implement policy about Webex.
pls. recheck your Webex server domain is webex.com or not because some case in thailand, Webex service can provide to partner create Webex session with partner domain. You should bypass that domain in policy and do not detect protocol.

I think maybe you should check your configuration was enable detect protocol or not?

Can you please brief me how cisco webex with audio meeting can be allowed through Proxy SG. As audio meeting uses port-9000, believe this will not be intercept through proxy.
