    We have seen since last week more occurrences of SESE not showing connected, where the shield doesn't have the green dot on it.

    When we look in the UI under Help, cloud connection status it shows::

    Cloud Attempted 06/26/2021 8:51:05 AM (the time stamp of course varies)

    BTW - The SPOC line shows Connected

    We have had no changes with out ISP or firewall.

    It is not all PCs, PCs on the same network have he random issues, PCs not blocked by our filtering system display the bug.

    We have had this issue on and off in the past.  But for months it was stable and now is acting up again.

    And sometimes when doing a live update on the affected PCs it shows:

    Initializing...
    Connecting to HTTPS://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com/...
    Failed to connect to the LiveUpdate server.

    Anyone else seeing this?
