Host integrity Error Message

Hello, 

I have been getting the below error msg on a Windows 7 Client with SEP 12.1.5 

 

The Host integrity component is Malfunctioning 
Error: 
Fail to execute Host Integrity check

Error Type: 0x02000008, Error Code: 0x00000000

Have you tried running a repair on the client?

Does the SymDiag tool show any client errors?

Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues

Ok I will try a repair and collect Symdaig if it does not fix the issue

Hi Greg, 

I tried the above steps but didn't work for me, What i figured out is the Error Type in my case is 0x02000008, whereas in the article the Error Type is 0x00400020

@Brian I think repair fixed the issue... I am keeping those systems under observation for a few days
