Need help - Failed to register with Unified Management Console when installing DCS Tomcat component only

Hello Team,
I'm trying to install the DCS manager Tomcat component only.
The DCS version is 6.8MP2.
The DCS manager server integrated with the LDAP and disabled the dcsadmin account in our environment.
In the step 13 ,Register with Unified Management Console pane,
IIt need to enter the details as required :

• User Name

   — Displays the default 

  dcsadmin

   user, who is also the Unified Management Console administrator. 

  When you log in to Unified Management Console for the first time, you must log in using the dcsadmin user only.
  
  I installed the domain user which privilege is the admin of the umc console like [e-mail] but failed.
  Could anyone share the correct input information in the similar scenario ?
