Uninstall of symantec.cloud fails

Tried to use the uninstall programs for Symantec. Cloud agent and Symantec. Cloud Endpoint but it fails with a popup on the Symantec. Cloud agent with a red box saying "failed to uninstall service"
Then the uninstall windows pops up with:

Failure occurred during Uninstalling
Uninstalled Failed
Please restart your computer.

I have tried several restarts but nothing seems to work and support won't assist with uninstall as support contract is expired.

I have already completed uninstall on all of the Win10 workstations and the other 2012r2/2016/2019 windows Servers but this seems to be stuck on three servers running Windows 2012r2 Datacenter.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I'm having the same exact issue except the application is stuck on 2016 Servers...

Yeap tried that and it didn't work.
It will only uninstall the Non web end point protection client.
Does anyone have manual uninstall instructions?
