 Endpoint Security Complete missing Platform Isolation policies

Happy Holidays

My tenant with Endpoint Security Complete does not show Platform Isolation policies.

So far Support told me about two different options:
1. That the policies will appear with a renewal (but my license expire in 2023)
2. That my user is not super admin (but currently it´s from long time ago)

Could you tell me if SES Complete currently covers Platform Isolation or is another suite? and if it include it, how can I request access?

Based on this:
Default policies in Symantec Endpoint Security (broadcom.com)

"Some legacy policies still exist in Symantec Endpoint Security and are visible to the Symantec Endpoint Security Complete licensed users that migrated as users of individual applications such as Application Control or Application Isolation. All legacy policies are Application Isolation policies."

On the Legacy Policies appears : Platform 

If someone at Broadcom can explain this I'll appreciate it.
