I have a customer whose mailbox was previously hosted with a company that used MessageLabs, after a number of security issues and compromised passwords we moved the mailbox to another hosting service which resolved the issues. However, since then his email address has been on the badmailfrom list effectively blocking all emails sent to other messagelabs customers.
I have have tried contacting technical support on several occasions but they refuse to assist because we are not customers, they did refer me to a feedback form but the response just referred me back to technical support.
How do I get my customer off the badmailfrom list?
