Network Scanner and SSL Traffic

I'm new to Symantec EDR I'm wondering what inline network scanner needs to scan encrypted traffic ?

The ATP Network scanner feature does not have an ability to decrypt SSL encrypted traffic. Encrypted traffic would need to be decrypted by a technology similar to the SSLV solution/
