 Agent Cannot tracking data in MacOS Big Sur 11.0.1

Hi all,

I found that my MacBook Pro in ITMS 8.5 RU4 Computer Agent Information is display "No Tracking Data" after upgraded to MacOS Big Sur (11.0.1).



Can I config any setting in my MacBook Pro or config anything in ITMS 8.5 RU4?

Hello Herman Leung!

You will need to install a point fix which will be available (currently it isn't yet ready) from https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/198337/cumulative-post-itms-85-ru4-point-fixes.html, then MacOS Big Sur (11.0.1) agent health status will be properly shown in Console UI.

We will let you know when point fix will be published.
