Adding Multiple Hashes to blocking policy

Greetings;

Does anybody know an efficient way to add multiple hashes to block files ? when there is 100 hashes to block certain files / proccess I go through the pain of copying each hash and paste to my policy. it takes me for ever to do it. there must be away to import these entries and load them up to the policy ...

Both can be used to stop a process from running. Which of the two should be more utilized? Any best practice suggestions for how to use both?
