Win 10 Desktop client not activating.

Hello, 

I am trying to install VIP Access on Win10 desktop and keep getting error:

"Activation could not be completed. Sign again later to activate VIP Access. Error Code : 0x10"

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and get same error. I am using version 2.2.4.44 of the app. Does any one have any suggestions?
