 SEP client network traffic logs empty

I am using SEP 14.3 server and client. This was working fine last week but this morning, I check the traffic on logs and it seem did not record anything. The screen is empty. 

I confirmed firewall rules still shows wite to traffic log enabled. 
I restarted the computers twice, 
I re-installed the client twice, 
now after 2 hours of trying , I still don't have logs under network traffic logs screen. 

any idea?
