 Migration and/or deletion of users Good/Bad Senders Lists

what happens to those Good/Bad-Senders lists from people/accounts that are not available anymore? Does the messaging gateway collect all those lists of all thousands of people that already left the company? Are they expunged, when not found in LDAP-Cache anymore?
Is there a way, I can do that manually, if I needed to?

In our organization the primary mail attribute (Internet Address) has changed. The maildomain changed.
Is there a way to transfer/migrate the Good/bad Senders lists to the new domain?
