 Application Error in Web UI

Good Morning,

Has anyone experienced getting the following error message when logging into the Web UI?
You can still navigate around the UI if you know the specific paths, but some areas still present the error. It is impacting operations, such that users are unable to access the centralized spam quarantine, and administrators cannot see the Dashboard, modify logging levels, etc. I have had an open case with Broadcom support since 4/29/22 and there has been little-to-no progress. I've escalated the case 3x and made it a P1, but the same questions continue to be asked, with the same troubleshooting steps. 

I cannot seem to get an engineer assigned who can work with us real-time. 

Short of rebuilding the appliance and importing a configuration backup, I'm not sure what our options are to fix. Ran a DB check and all the database tables came back clean. System has been rebooted w/o resolution. Software code is current version.
