unable to see java console and VPM on SGOS 6.4.X

good day, i have stuck in old proxy SG appliance, i need to recover configuration al policies, but i cant see the consoles.

am trying with windows 7, Firefox 54 and java 7 update 11, but dindt work.

Hi Mario,

Running Java from within Firefox does not work, you will need run the jnlp file but that requires Java 8. Otherwise, you will need to use IE 11 as Java still works from it.

I just realized you said you are running 6.4 which does not include the jnlp option.
