What is the plan for pending Return Merchandise Authorization’s (RMA)?
Response: Pending RMA’s will have to follow new Broadcom process. Software orders are not returnable. Hardware policy to be defined.


What is RMA policy for Broadcom?
Response: New Process being reviewed. Returns are for defective equipment only. Only situations where it is defective and it will be a credit not a refund. Any return requests will require an approved RMA from Broadcom. Please contact the Partner Service team with any defective equipment inquiries.
