Further to the Nimsoft CSO Migration dated back in 13/11/2015, the Nimsoft Customer Portal <http://nimsoft.com/customerportal> has been redirected to CA UIM Product page <https://www.ca.com/us/products/ca-unified-infrastructure-management.html> where customer will not be able log on and reset password.
A Workaround for Nimsoft Portal User Initial Login was needed previously, but recently the Welcome Email has been revised, user can now click the link in the Welcome Email to change password during initial login without engaging Customer Care Team.
