Resolution:
1. Please go to www.ca.com and select "Sign In".
2. Hover over "Education & Training" and select "Log in to Training portal".
3. Then select " My Learning Dashboard"
4.Select "Training Transcript"
5. Navigate to the course you have completed and click on the "Diploma" icon.
6.Once selected you will be able to "Print" or "Export to PDF" as seen below.
If you have attempted the above steps but still cannot download your certificate, please contact CA Customer care for assistance.
If you have completed this course before the year 2014 and cannot find it in your 'Completed Activities', please send an email to technicaleducation@ca.com for assistance.
