Error - Partner User registration no response after waited more than 24 hours

Error / Problem

For user registered as CA Partner, after submitted the registration, under the CA Partner tab in the Profile, user will see the below message:

But if user waited more than 24 hours still seeing this message, there maybe some issues during registration, please contact Customer Care Team.

 

Cause of Error / Problem
This error may caused by feed issue during the registration process.

 

Resolution
Please contact with Customer Care Team so that we can look into the Partner User's account profile from back end to fix the error.
