The newly published hyper PTFs RO76343 (v14.0) and RO75167 (r14.1) for the ENF/DB2 component of CA Common Services prevent an extremely rare DB2 region hang. The problem has been seen only twice since ENF/DB2 was introduced as a Common Service over 15 years ago. There is no specific release, condition, symptom, or factor other than pure timing. The fixes are listed as hypers only because it is necessary to recycle the DB2 region in order to clear the hang.
