I'm having trouble interpreting the following LOCKMON vs DCMT DIS LOCKS LTERM ... output and I hope someone can clarify this for me.
1. I issue the command LOCKMON W LTE :

This command is showing 16 longterm notify locks which corresponds with the LOCKTERM W LTE command at step 1.
So my question is why is there a discrepancy between the LOCKMON W LTE & LOCKMON W TERM commands in reporting the locks ? Using DMLO I was able to update one of the record occurrences for which the LOCKMON W TERM command was reporting a longterm share lock which leads me to believe that the LOCKMON W TERM command isn't reporting the longterm locks correctly.
Any opinions on the above would be appreciated.

Also, if I turn on the DBKEY option when doing a LOCKMON W TERM I only ever see NOTIFY locks:
