We would like be able to use SDB (sytem determined blocksize) in MERGE Tapepull processing.
As of today the MERGE TAPEPULL-Dataset must have a blksize=4000. This is documented:
This means that we have to specify blksize=4000 in our jcl wenn we create the tapepull-dataset.
We would like to have the restriction removed, because SDB should be able to be used in a modern datacenter nowadays
If you use less than 50 records, the merge job will not notice that a BLKSIZE>4000 is being used.
