  • 1.  Raid Controller State

    I know this may be hard to nail down, but after a catastrophic power incident, we have a raid controller that will not verify.  It gives me a message that the controller is not in "normal mode".  But I cannot figure out how to reset the mode, or otherwise correct this state.  Our concern is that the controller may be shot.  I just want to know if there is something I can do to look further.  It's running the 3ware controller product, and I can get to the management screen.  It's showing all my disks present and supposedly okay. 

    Any thoughts as to what else I can look at before I report back to my management that we need to replace hardware?
