    Hello, NetMaster Community!

    The NetMaster team is pleased to announce the new Configuration Details page in the NetMaster Web Portal.

    The Configuration Details page gives you a high-level view of the health of the NetMaster regions you monitor and lets you quickly access greater detail about specific regions for information or troubleshooting when necessary.  To see the Configuration Details page, select Configuration Details from the Help and Support item on the portal navigation panel.
    The Configuration Details page displays a table where each row represents a system, or a combination of an instance of the NetMaster API Service and the NetMaster region it communicates with. The value in the Status column indicates for each system whether the region, the API service, and SmartTrace are available.

    When the NetMaster region and the API service are available for a system, the Configuration Details page enables you to create and download a .txt file containing the output of several key NetMaster diagnostic commands. If troubleshooting is needed, you can share the diagnostic file with Broadcom Support.
    Note: The Configuration Details menu item replaces the About menu item. Information about the version of the NetMaster Web Portal software you are running is now included on the Configuration Details page.
    To use the new Configuration Details page, you must apply NetMaster API Service PTFs LU11596 and LU11633 before applying PTF LU12468.
